Information for Presenters

Full-Paper Presentations

Oral presentations are at intervals of 25 minutes, allowing approximately 20 minutes for presentation, and then 5 minutes for questions and room change-over.

Both HDMI and VGA connectivity to the data projection is available, with HDMI preferred. If your laptop does not have either an HDMI or a VGA port, please ensure that you bring a suitable connector dongle with you. It will also be possible to load presentations onto the on-site computers via USB storage and project from those machines.

If you plan to do this, please make sure that you have loaded your presentation well before the commencement of the session.

Presenters are asked to meet with their Session Chair in the assigned room 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the session.

A full schedule of presentations is available via the "Detailed Schedule" menu item.

Short-Paper Presentations

Authors of short papers are expected to prepare a poster that summarizes and presents their work, in A0-portrait format.

Poster boards will be numbered to match the list of short papers that will be in the conference program booklet, and poster presenters are asked to comply with that numbering scheme, so that conference attendees can readily locate the posters that they are interested in viewing. If an author is presenting two posters, they will need to split their time between the two locations.

The poster session will be held from 5:15pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday 20 October.

Session Chairs

Please ensure that your session runs to schedule. If no author is present for a scheduled paper, or if a presentation ends early, please pause the session so that subsequent talks commence at the scheduled time.
